As the industry 4.0 taking place, the IoT technology has followed up. In industry aspect, integrate IoT technology to industry technology is not easy because of many problems like delaying etc. but it is clear that the industry with IoT will give a lot of advantage.
So NSF, SKF bearing companies are developing bearing monitoring ways with IoT.
KIST has been studying ways to monitor unused heat source turbo-mechanical system efficiently. One of them, AR condition monitoring with IoT is a method to improve monitoring time and spends. The working principle of the monitoring system is : Acquire data from turbo-mechanical system, Collect real time data in to database server and send data to web server. This data will treated in Unity by data connecting. After data processing, show processed data as augmented reality by HMD. It is possible to get a information of turbo-mechanical system likes fault and misalignment faster and more accurately which means user’s can maintain the system immediately.
The purpose of this monitoring system is to visualize a data to user to make a decision of maintaining. So, we developed as followings;
